Lines
Lines are short posts (up to 280 characters) where you share your thoughts, reactions, and favorite quotes about books. Think of them as book-focused tweets that let you engage with other readers.

Best Practices
Be thoughtful: While Lines are short, make them meaningful to spark good conversations.
Respect spoilers: If discussing plot details, consider adding a spoiler warning in your text.
Engage authentically: Like and reply to Lines that resonate with you to build community.
Use book clubs wisely: Choose the appropriate club when posting to ensure relevant discussions.
Quote properly: When sharing quotes, consider adding your reaction or why it resonated with you.
Privacy
- All Lines are public and visible to all BookWish users
- Lines appear in multiple feeds (Share tab, book pages, club discussions)
- Anyone can see, like, and reply to your Lines
- Deleted Lines are permanently removed along with all their replies
If you want to keep your thoughts private, use Scribbles (private notes) instead of Lines. See Scribbles for more information.
